Dynamic Link

A seamless and instant mobile deep linking experience

dynamiclink.io is deep links that work the way you want them to. With one single link, you can send users either to your iOS or Android app, if they have it installed. And if they don’t, you can send then to the appropriate listing in the App Store or on Google Play, or to web app.

Totally free. You can reach me at X(formally Twitter) for feature requests and questions.

Create a new project

A special subdomain will be provisioned for your product. Your links will be hosted under this subdomain. If you have your own domain, you can configure it via the dynamiclink.io console.

Project subdomain with the {acme}.dynamiclink.io is automatically provisioned.

Add your iOS and Android applications

Host your configuration files that helps establish a secure association between the your new hosting domain used in your links and your apps.

For iOS, this is the apple-app-site-association file. For Android, this is the assetlinks.json file. This files itself needs to be hosted in the root of the domain under the path: /.well-known. dynamiclink.io automatically figure it out.

Hi, there πŸ––

I’ve found that some developers greatly value the deep-linking functionality that allows them to direct users to specific places in their apps.
These make user journeys across apps and the web quite seamless and predictable for your users. I believe developers and their users will benefit more from adopting these native platform technologies directly and continue moving the ecosystem forward.

Work in progress πŸ‘¨β€πŸ’»

  • Create dynamic link with the REST API
  • The ability to create short link URLs.
  • Create QR codes for dynamic link.
  • Firebase Dynamic Links migration tool.
  • Analytics data related to dynamic link click events.
  • I value privacy. I will try to find a solution for deferred deep linking. (Although the user experience is not smooth, maybe copying to clipboard is a solution.)
